The Natural Science Department conducted its second weekly reflection session for the first phase of teaching practice on Sunday, 27th July 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The session was held through Google Meet under the guidance of our class teacher, Sreedevi Miss. The session began with a discussion on the feedback received from our general teacher observations. Some trainees had already completed theirs and shared the appreciations and suggestions given by their general teachers. Miss particularly asked whether we had checked and recorded the grades given during the observation. Many of us admitted we hadn’t, and she stressed the importance of noting down our grades for proper self-evaluation. In some cases, the general teachers had not provided any feedback at all. Miss advised those trainees to personally collect the feedback from their concerned teachers and ensure it was written both in their reflective journal and blog. TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 2: 21.07.2025 ( MONDAY ) TO 26.07.2025 ( SATURDAY )                                                           REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE MONDAY - 21.07.2025 I reached the school by around 9:10 a.m., signed the attendance register, and proceeded to the assigned room. Shortly after, I went for disciplinary duty in the corridors, and by 9:25 a.m., I attended the teacher’s prayer session. Following the school prayer, I returned to the assigned room. In the first hour, a Moon Day Celebration was held. As part of the celebration, quiz competitions were conducted in each class, and winners were selected from every class. As part of our first phase of teaching practice, the Natural Science Department conducted our first weekly reflection session on Sunday, 19th July 2025. The Google Meet session began at 7:30 p.m. and concluded by 8:30 p.m. The session was held in the presence of our respected department head, Sreedevi Miss. The session began with the teacher inviting us to share our experiences from the first week. However, instead of everyone sharing, one trainee from each school was selected to speak. Ameena from GHSS Vayala School was the first to share her experience. She was followed by Muhsina Sulaiman from St goretti School, who specifically mentioned that her classes were constantly monitored by the in-charge teacher. I was the next to speak. I shared both the positive and negative experiences I had during the first week, particularly highlighting the restlessness and lack of discipline among the students in my concerned class. TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 1: 14.07.2025 (MONDAY) TO 18.07.2025 (FRIDAY)                                       INTRODUCTION Our first phase of teaching practice is at AMMHS Karavaloor from 14.07.2025 to 26.09.2025 . The Principal of our institution "Sabarigiri College of Education, Anchal" - Dr Roy G allotted 6 students to the school.
