INTERNATIONAL MIND BODY WELLNESS DAY

The NSS unit of our college organized a thought-provoking program to commemorate International Mind-Body Wellness Day. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between physical and mental well-being. The program was attended by students, faculty members, and staff, who all gathered at the General Hall with great enthusiasm.
      The program commenced with a warm welcome by the anchor, Prathibha, who set the tone for the event. Anju provided an insightful introduction to International Mind-Body Wellness Day, highlighting its significance and relevance in today's fast-paced world. Gloriya elaborated on the significance of the day, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing mental and physical health in our daily lives. Malavika delivered an engaging presentation on the history of International Mind-Body Wellness Day, tracing its origins and evolution. The audience was fascinated by the wealth of information shared by Malavika, which provided a deeper understanding of the day's significance. The audience was then treated to an informative PPT presentation by Bishnuja, which covered various aspects of mind-body wellness, including stress management, nutrition, and exercise. The presentation was engaging, interactive, and provided valuable tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Haseena's poster presentation added a visual dimension to the program, showcasing eye-catching graphics and thought-provoking messages related to mind-body wellness. The posters were creative, informative, and sparked interesting discussions among the audience. The program also featured a quiz session conducted by Akshara, which tested the audience's knowledge on various aspects of mind-body wellness. The quiz was engaging, fun, and provided an opportunity for the audience to learn and interact with each other.
