FOOD FEST

A vibrant food fest, organized by the college union DRUTA, took place on November 18 at our college premises. It was named RASAMAYAM. The event, aimed at fostering camaraderie and creativity among students, was a resounding success. As part of the college union's initiatives, our class was tasked with forming five distinct food stalls, each representing one of our assembly groups.

Under the guidance of Prathibha Miss, the teacher in charge of the college union, we were given the autonomy to decide on the theme, name, and menu for each stall. A cleaning committee was also established to ensure efficient waste disposal and maintenance of the premises during and after the event.

The five groups worked tirelessly to create innovative and attractive stalls, each with its unique theme and offerings. The stalls showcased a diverse range of cuisine, including traditional delicacies, fish curry, chicken curry, pudding, cake, ice cream, sweets, and an assortment of tea flavors. A live corner featuring bread and omelette preparations added to the excitement.

The principal inaugurated the function by savoring the culinary delights, marking the beginning of the event at 12 PM. As the teachers and staff from various institutions walked through each stall, they were treated to a wide array of flavors and dishes. The event's popularity was evident, with students, teachers, and staff alike relishing the food and ambiance.

The judges faced a daunting task, as each stall offered unique and delectable dishes, making it impossible to declare a single winner. In a surprising and delightful twist, the judges declared all five teams as winners, acknowledging the exceptional effort and creativity displayed by each group.

The food fest was a testament to the college union's efforts to promote teamwork, innovation, and community engagement. The event's success was a direct result of the collaboration and dedication of the students, teachers, and staff involved.
