INAUGURATION OF RADIO STATION & YOUTUBE CHANNEL

AMICOVOX - The voice of Pedagogues 24.26

The Amico Vox radio station was officially inaugurated on November 22 at 9:45 AM in the general hall, marking a significant milestone in our college's history. The concept of a radio station was first proposed by the first-year students on behalf of the college union, demonstrating their innovative thinking and enthusiasm.

The inauguration ceremony was expertly anchored by Silla, who warmly welcomed Prathibha Miss, the college union in-charge, and Principal Roy Sir to unveil the name of our radio station. The hall was tastefully decorated by Ammulakshmi, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Prathibha Miss shared her thoughts on the radio station, highlighting its potential to serve as a platform for students to showcase their creativity, talent, and perspectives. Principal Roy Sir also shared his views, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in fostering a sense of community and promoting student engagement.

The inauguration ceremony reached its climax when Principal Roy Sir cut the ribbon, officially launching the Amico Vox radio station. The event was attended by all teachers, staff, and students, who were eager to witness this historic moment.

The first radio presentation was a resounding success, with RJ Aswathi and RJ Riya delivering a hilarious and entertaining comic recap of the week's events in college. Ashna's soulful rendition of a song further added to the excitement.

The college union has planned to continue the radio station's broadcasts every Friday, with each department taking turns to showcase their talents. This initiative promises to provide a unique platform for students to express themselves, share their ideas, and connect with their peers.
